attendance policy
Students are expected to indicate a systematic weekly online presence by doing the following:
1. Check email at least twice a day
2. Check FB at least once a day
3. Visit the Moodle areas, where their modules are hosted.
4. Engage in the weekly activities of each Module:
4.1 Weekly Readings
4.2 Weekly Tasks
4.3 Online tutorials
4.4 Synchronous lectures / webinars, etc.
Students are expected to spend approximately 8 - 10 hours per week for each module for Moodle presence and homework.
Students should expect to spend as much time for study, or perhaps more as as they would have done for an on campus delivered Master course, since they are managing their own learning using the online information and materials.
Online learning requires self-discipline, motivation and some skills in using a computer and a web browser.
